Requirement	Details
Order quantity	Minimum order quantity (MOQ) is usually 50 units per style.
Design	The client may provide a detailed design brief with sketches or illustrations, including dimensions and specifications. If client does not have this, we can engage our design team at a cost plus hourly rate.
Materials	Mazorca will source the required materials for the order.
Fabrication & Printing	Mazorca offers a variety of fabric options and printing techniques including screen printing, embroidery, sublimation, and cut and sew. The client must specify their preferred technique.
Garment type	Mazorca can produce a wide range of garments including t-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, tank tops, and more. The client should clearly specify their desired garment type.
Size breakdown	The client may provide a size breakdown for their order (usually setup fees apply) or use Mazorca's established size chart. This should include the quantities of each size required.
Delivery timeline	Mazorca requires a minimum of 6-8 weeks lead time for custom orders, depending on the complexity of the order. The client should provide a desired delivery timeline.
Payment terms	A deposit of 50% of the total order cost is required before production begins. The remaining 50% is due before delivery.
Sample production	Mazorca can provide samples for approval before production begins. Additional charges will apply for sample production.
Shipping and handling	Shipping and handling costs will be handles by our factory and rates will be calculated and provided to the client and will be added to the final invoice for payment.
